About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Briggs Automotive Group in Manhattan, Kansas. The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the dealership's sales operations and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Knowledge of auto financing and leasing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities
