Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills

Nice To Haves

  • Volkswagen experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Hire, motivate, mentor and train the New & Used Sales team
  • Work with the team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles
  • Manage Customer Retention
  • Establish and maintain performance standards
