The Voss Auto Network is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive consistent performance. Requirements

Have at least 2 years of automotive sales management experience working in a high-paced department providing excellent sales and customer service experience.
Possess strong communication skills in order to work closely with other dealership employees and customers

Nice To Haves

Preferably experienced with Reynolds & Reynolds and vAuto management system

Responsibilities

Responsible for training, motivating, and supervising the sales and detail staff for the department.
Achieving and exceeding dealership and customer expectations.
Responsible for ensuring the level of inventory needed to achieve the goals of the dealership and the sales staff.
Provides ongoing support to all dealership staff
Ensures the customers are given the best experience at all times.
