About The Position

Join Acura of Laurel as our Automotive Sales Manager. The ideal hire brings a proven track record, coaches a high-performing team, communicates clearly, and thrives while multitasking. You will own new-vehicle sales operations and inventory control, ensuring unit and gross targets are achieved across daily, monthly, and yearly cycles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • 5+ years of automotive sales experience
  • 2+ years of dealership management experience required
  • Proven internet sales metrics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Desk deals and perform customer TOs to close sales (CDK experience a plus)
  • Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve success
  • Support manufacturer programs for maximum dealership profitability
  • Recommend procedures for advertising, sales promotions, staffing, and customer satisfaction
  • Meet with each salesperson daily to review prior results and plan action steps
  • Conduct group sales meetings to drive performance
  • Ensure vehicles are displayed, merchandised, and maintained to dealership standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
