- Proven success in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Automotive Sales Management Experience
- Customer service oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
- Promotional skills
- Working knowledge of vehicles
- Ability to work flexible hours & weekends
- Knowledge of basic computer systems

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coach a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed goals
- Manage daily operations, including inventory, sales tracking, and performance reviews
- Support sales staff in negotiations and closing deals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Toyota’s values
- Recruit, hire, and train sales professionals to foster continuous growth
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set monthly goals, forecasts, and strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in CSI and overall team performance
