Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual performance goals
  • Create a positive, accountability-driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork
  • Partner with the Business Development Center (BDC) to maximize lead conversion, appointment show rates, and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Service, Parts, and Leadership to ensure seamless dealership operations
  • Oversee vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, merchandising, and lot presentation
  • Review deals, structure financing options, and support the sales and finance teams in closing transactions
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, and manufacturer programs
  • Build lasting customer relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and repeat business
