About The Position

Anderson Ford South is seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing a great customer experience and bringing exceptional value to the company, with a focus on teaching and valuing people. Anderson Auto Group is a family-owned business established 40 years ago in Nebraska, now operating eight retail locations across Nebraska and Missouri. The company prioritizes its customers and employees and is committed to building up the community. All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • Must have automotive sales experience
  • Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Have quality customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Clean and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly forecast and sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
  • Managing, training, and directing a team of Sales Representatives
  • Maintaining a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm and accountability
  • Supporting other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
  • Assist new car and used sales associates in closing sales as needed
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
