Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales; sales management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics to drive performance
  • A hands-on leader who can inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment background screenings

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed individual and dealership-wide sales goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive performance, profitability, and growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay competitive
  • Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making
  • Deliver ongoing training focused on product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience
  • Ensure consistent execution of Capital’s sales standards and processes
  • Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture built on accountability and teamwork
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
