Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong background in sales leadership
  • Deep understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and modern sales strategies
  • Comfort using CRM tools and sales analytics to drive decisions
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
  • A leadership style that balances motivation, accountability, and teamwork
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to consistently exceed individual and dealership sales goals
  • Develop and execute smart, data-driven sales strategies that drive growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the curve
  • Establish, track, and improve KPIs to ensure strong performance and accountability
  • Conduct regular training and development focused on product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with dealership sales processes and brand standards
  • Take ownership of results: i.e. doing whatever it takes to win, ethically and effectively
