Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral is looking for a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience for both new and pre-owned vehicle customers. Requirements

  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
  • Comfortable with technology, apps, and connected vehicle features
  • Customer-experience focused with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with sales and service teams
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience preferred, but not required
  • Retail, hospitality, or tech-focused customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries with a premium, customer-focused approach
  • Explain vehicle features, safety systems, and technology in a clear, friendly manner
  • Connect customer smartphones and set up infotainment systems
  • Assist with activation of connected services and mobile apps
  • Offer and explain accessories and personalization options to enhance ownership
  • Ensure vehicles are delivery-ready and the experience exceeds expectations
  • Serve as a product and technology expert for customers
