This role focuses on education, technology setup, personalization, and customer satisfaction , not sales pressure.

Requirements

Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
Comfortable with technology, apps, and connected vehicle features
Customer-experience focused with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently while collaborating with sales and service teams
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Automotive experience preferred, but not required
Retail, hospitality, or tech-focused customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries with a premium, customer-focused approach
Explain vehicle features, safety systems, and technology in a clear, friendly manner
Connect customer smartphones and set up infotainment systems
Assist with activation of connected services and mobile apps
Offer and explain accessories and personalization options to enhance ownership
Ensure vehicles are delivery-ready and the experience exceeds expectations
Serve as a product and technology expert for customers
