Who Thrives in an Automotive Sales Consultant role: Sales-Driven & Accountable Professional: Thrives in a commission-based sales role by taking ownership of results, staying disciplined during slow periods, and applying coaching to consistently improve sales performance. Customer-Focused Relationship Builder: Comfortable engaging customers through phone calls, follow-up, and in-person conversations to build trust, generate leads, and close sales. Unlimited Earning Potential: Performance-based sales position with no income cap—earnings are directly tied to activity, consistency, follow-up, and closing skills. Training, Schedule & Career Growth: Ongoing sales training and coaching, approximately 45 hours per week, including evenings, Saturdays and peak business hours, with clear advancement opportunities for high-performing sales professionals. Requirements

  • Prior commission-based or sales experience preferred, but not required. We value resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
