Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Sales Management experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate ready to step up
  • Proven track record with strong CSI performance
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Experience with CDK is a plus
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff, ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.
  • This individual plays a key role in developing the team and maintaining a structured, performance-driven environment.
  • Ensure sales goals are consistently attained
  • Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff
  • Support, coach, and develop team members
  • Ensure salespeople are actively and professionally engaging with customers
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
