Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or who are just out of college or the military, to name just a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales! Requirements

  • Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person who's motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a PLUS!!

Responsibilities

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Stay on top of Technology advancements and utilize technology to communicate with customers and team members.
  • Send Personalized short videos, emails, text and calls to ALL CUSTOMERS within a timely fashion.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
