Requirements

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and hungry to grow

Comfortable working some evenings and Saturdays
Clear communicator (written + verbal)
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record required

Responsibilities

Build real connections with customers through calls, messages, and in-person conversations
Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicles
Set up fun, informative test drives
Negotiate deals and help customers feel confident in their purchase
Track your progress using our internal lead system
Practice handling objections, closing deals, and refining your sales skills
Personally deliver vehicles to give guests the VIP experience
Use social media + networking to expand your reach and build your brand
