Responsibilities

Engage with customers in person, online, and over the phone to identify their vehicle needs
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Ford vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
Build long-term relationships through follow-ups, excellent service, and trust
Work with our management and finance teams to ensure every deal is professional and transparent
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset
