Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
  • Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and conduct test drives
  • Build rapport and guide customers through a smooth buying experience
  • Stay uptodate on new models, technology, and product features
  • Answer questions, provide expert recommendations, and follow up with guests
  • Maintain awareness of competitor products to highlight advantages
