This is the only Lincoln dealership in the Memphis market. The product line is strong, and it keeps getting better. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current Lincoln inventory and emerging automotive technologies.
- Utilize active listening to identify client needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight key features and performance.
- Facilitate the sales process from initial greeting through closing, including price presentation and financing coordination.
- Execute diligent post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and cultivate a robust referral network.
- Proactively prospect for new clientele and maintain a high level of professional initiative.
