Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required; we train the right candidates
Responsibilities
- Create Connections: Welcome and engage customers in person, online, and by phone with confidence and professionalism
- Guide the Experience: Listen, ask the right questions, and match each customer with the Volkswagen that fits their lifestyle
- Represent the Brand: Clearly communicate Volkswagen’s technology, safety features, and value in a way that builds excitement and trust
- Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up consistently to earn loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
- Grow as a Professional: Master the full sales process—from first contact to close—with hands-on training and ongoing support
