The Sales Manager will be responsible for customer retention and profitability in the new and/or pre-owned vehicle dealerships. The Sales Manager fulfills responsibilities primarily through effective personnel management, knowledge of market potential, and establishing performance standards. Requirements

  • Previous automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
  • Proven ability to close sales
  • Should this be customer-focused with the ability to “think on your feet”
  • Self-starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
  • Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of the New and Used Sales team
  • Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Ability to drive traffic through internet leads and phone calls
