Davis Chevrolet located in Houston, TX is looking for Experienced Sales Associates to join our winning team. We are looking for individuals with the drive to succeed. Responsibilities

• Product Training
• Making outbound phones calls to prospective and existing customers, with a willingness to accept and follow continuous phone training
• Following up with prospective and existing customers
• Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
• Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
• Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge
• Spending time with customers to determine their needs
• Taking customers on test drives while demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
• Assist customers with the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle
• Completing quotes and explaining finance options
• Complete daily work activities
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction
