About The Position
The Automotive Sales Consultant's priority is to help customers find the right vehicle, delivering excellent service, and guiding them through the sales process. Berglund Automotive is a well-established and reputable automotive group with 10 locations, representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. Dedicated to providing exceptional vehicles and service to our valued customers, we are looking for talented sales people to join our expanding dealership network to contribute to our continued success. Requirements
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to generate new sales opportunities.
