Arundel Ford is looking for a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. You’ll help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle, guide them through the buying process, and deliver a top-tier experience from start to finish. Whether you’re experienced in auto sales or looking to transition into a fast-paced, rewarding field, we’ll provide the training, structure, and support to help you succeed.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude
  • Ability to learn dealership systems, CRM tools, and sales processes
  • Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work Saturdays as needed
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle options
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Present pricing, financing options, and product features clearly and professionally
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with leads and customers
  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM and follow established sales processes
  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Stay knowledgeable on inventory, promotions, and new Ford product releases
  • Assist with showroom and lot presentation to ensure a clean, organized environment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly goals and deliver strong customer satisfaction
