About The Position

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Century West BMW, you will play a vital role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Your friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge of our products, and ability to build strong relationships with clients will contribute to the overall success of our dealership. We are actively seeking bilingual sales associates! Fluency in Spanish and Armenian is a big plus!

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and actively listen to their needs and preferences
  • Provide product information and advice to customers
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient communication
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering test drives, addressing questions, and explaining the features and benefits of various vehicles.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability for the dealership.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory and pricing options
  • Follow up with potential customers and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Respond to Internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM
  • Generate sales appointments
  • Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
  • Effectively utilize lead management tools
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest customer satisfaction, and be honest in dealing with customers.
  • This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
