Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Passion for automobiles and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and financing options.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets.
