Requirements

  • Be able and willing to work 50+ hours per week, which will include every Saturday while having a day off during the week instead.
  • Strong computer/internet and phone skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Self starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
  • Customer facing sales or customer service experience.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Commission based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
  • Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.
  • Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
  • Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
  • Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.
