Automotive Sales Associate, Future Team Leaders
About The Position
Pecheles Honda is looking for Automotive Sales Associates who are also future team leaders, as Eastern North Carolina continues to grow. The company is seeking individuals with experience in creating customer relationships and an interest in learning about new products. Sales experience is not required, as the role offers a hands-on Sales Training program with a dedicated mentor, allowing new associates to earn significant income during training. The Career Path Program is designed to prepare employees for advancement into Management, Finance, and Administration roles. Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer/public service, and a competitive edge are encouraged to apply as they tend to train quickly and become successful Sales experts.
Requirements
- Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
- Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
- Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain professional attire and appearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
- Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
- Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
- Meet sales and productivity goals
- Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
- Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
- Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
