About The Position

Carl Hogan GM is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and dynamic automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and closing deals on new and used vehicles.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Build relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences
Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles
Provide pricing information and negotiate sales with customers
Follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and increase likelihood of future sales
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Participate in sales training and meetings
Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
