Sales Associates enjoy a consistent schedule with two days off in a row and no bell-to-bell shifts. Compensation and Benefits Competitive Pay : This commission-based position starts at 10% commission on front and back end. Expected monthly compensation of $10,000-$15,000 per month for top 1/3 of sales performers. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance with industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.
