What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Expert Sales Processing: Providing professional recommendations for a wide range of aftermarket accessories, including hitches, wiring, tonneau covers, truck caps, lift kits, and suspension upgrades, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics. Efficiently processing sales transactions. Exceptional Customer Service: Delivering outstanding support and building lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations at every interaction. Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and great communication throughout the process until presentation of completed installations. Streamlined Product Procurement: Efficiently managing the product ordering process to ensure timely availability of high-quality accessories for diverse vehicle customization projects. Processing incoming deliveries and organizing stock. Proactive Inventory Management: Implementing effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize shortages, and ensure a wide selection of products is readily available. Compelling Product Presentation: Creating engaging merchandising displays and strategies to showcase product features and benefits, driving customer interest and sales. Drive Customer Satisfaction: Efficiently processing returns and preparing merchandise for returns, while maintaining a pristine workspace and ensuring the showroom and restrooms reflect our commitment to excellence. Daily Life Imagine your day: You'll be collaborating with the team to drive sales, ensuring aftermarket vehicle accessory installation jobs are completed timely, contributing to customers project goals, and providing stellar customer service from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of vehicles, parts, and accessories
  • Strong attendance and self-motivated work ethic
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to lift 50-100lbs, stand for long periods of time
  • Valid Drivers License

Nice To Haves

  • Aftermarket Accessory knowledge
  • Experience with Netsuite platform
