Requirements

Experience in customer-focused roles—retail, hospitality, or other service-oriented positions—are highly valued
You’re empathetic, observant, organized, and driven to grow
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional yet approachable presence
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and help them find a vehicle tailored to their needs
Introduce product benefits and optional features in a supportive, clear manner
Offer test drives to all prospects, securing identification and ensuring safety
Track your goals (sales performance, follow-ups, etc.) and reflect on your approach to improve
Participate in coaching and feedback sessions to refine your skills and sales style
