About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Retail Clerk to help customers find and purchase products or services that meet their needs. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in an office position, particularly in the automotive parts industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers to find parts for their vehicle. Prior Retail experience in this field is highly preferred!

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in preparing service quotes.
• At least 2 years of experience with truck parts and automotive parts knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding and purchasing products or services that meet their needs.
• Prepare service quotes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.
• Utilize POS operating systems to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of truck and automotive parts to support customer inquiries.
