About The Position

Our established and rapidly growing automotive dealership group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across multiple locations. What You’ll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales, service, parts, finance, and administrative roles Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring with department managers Build and maintain strong talent pipelines Represent our dealership group professionally across job boards, social media, and networking events Support onboarding and contribute to employee retention initiatives What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of recruiting experience (automotive or high-volume recruiting preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Highly organized with strong follow-through Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms Why Join Us? Requirements
