Requirements

Prior retail automotive sales experience preferred
Sales training, industry experience, or relevant education is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Responsibilities

Understand and execute the dealership sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery
Present and demonstrate inventory effectively to customers
Close sales working closely with sales management
Work effectively to log prospects and sold customers
Prepare and review monthly plans and goals with sales leadership
Maintain your Gross Average, F and I average, and achieve monthly unit targets
Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
