Position Summary As a Porter, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple dealership locations. Your responsibilities include moving and parking vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, and supporting the service team as needed. As a representative of Dent Wizard, maintaining a polished appearance and demonstrating strong communication skills is essential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
  • Capability for simple and fine motor hand manipulations
  • Ability to work in ventilated automotive repair shops, refurbishing facilities, and outdoor environments
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • All applicants under consideration for employment must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Safely move and park vehicles in designated areas in an organized manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
  • Perform basic vehicle checks, such as tire pressure and fluid levels.
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are prepared and presented in pristine condition.
  • Support the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers and transporting vehicles to and from service areas.
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
  • Provide courteous, prompt service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all company safety, health, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Report any vehicle damage or operational concerns to Management immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
