As a Porter, you will be responsible for moving and parking vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, and assisting the service team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Capable of simple and fine motor hand manipulations.
• Work in ventilated automotive repair shops or outdoor environments.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles in designated areas in an organized and safe manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
• Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels).
• Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are prepared and presented in pristine condition.
• Support the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers and transporting vehicles to and from service areas.
• Conduct minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Provide courteous and prompt service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
• Report any vehicle damage or operational issues to management immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
