This position, known as a 'Frontliner,' is an entry-level or experienced field customer service role within the automotive sector. It involves on-site work at dealerships, utilizing company-provided equipment to capture high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual tours of vehicle inventory, as well as assisting with marketing tasks like printing window stickers. Frontliners are expected to service 15 or more vehicles daily, act as Inventory Flow Analysts to ensure vehicles are online quickly, and maintain strong communication with dealers. The role offers an independent outdoor work setting, clear goals, and a focus on outstanding customer service, with opportunities for advancement.
