About The Position

The company supports over 1,300 automobile dealers across the nation with a team of more than 500 employees, offering on-site vehicle marketing and reconditioning solutions. Its brands include ReconLogic, CarStudioPros, VehicleStickers.io, and Xcite Photography. This position, known as a 'Frontliner,' is an entry-level or experienced field customer service role within the automotive sector. It involves on-site work at dealerships, utilizing company-provided equipment to capture high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual tours of vehicle inventory, as well as assisting with marketing tasks like printing window stickers. Frontliners are expected to service 15 or more vehicles daily, act as Inventory Flow Analysts to ensure vehicles are online quickly, and maintain strong communication with dealers. The role offers an independent outdoor work setting, clear goals, and a focus on outstanding customer service, with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment background check, including motor vehicle driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Travel on-site to customers at automotive dealerships.
  • Utilize company provided equipment to take high quality photos, videos and 360 degree virtual interior/exterior tours of the dealers ever changing vehicle inventory.
  • Assist with the marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle.
  • Service 15 or more vehicles each day.
  • Become an expert on the status of vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process as you work to get as many vehicles online as possible.
  • Check-in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit, providing your dealers with the status of your work.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Make friends with the team at the dealership.
