This position is an entry-level or experienced field customer service role in the automotive industry, offering paid training, equipment, paid vacation, and benefits. The role, known as a 'Frontliner,' involves traveling to automotive dealerships to capture high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual tours of vehicle inventory using company-provided equipment. Frontliners also assist with vehicle marketing by printing window stickers and related services, aiming to service 15 or more vehicles daily. They act as Inventory Flow Analysts, ensuring vehicle imagery is online quickly, and as Communicators, providing daily check-ins and status updates to dealers. The role offers an independent outdoor work setting focused on clear goals and customer service, and Frontliners are considered trusted partners to dealership teams.
