About The Position

Xcite Automotive is a rapidly expanding automotive service and software company dedicated to helping dealerships prepare vehicles for sale efficiently. Over 1,300 dealerships across the nation rely on Xcite's team of more than 500 employees for on-site vehicle marketing and reconditioning services. The company operates under several brands, including ReconLogic, CarStudioPros, VehicleStickers.io, and Xcite Photography. This position is an entry-level or experienced field customer service role in the automotive industry, offering paid training, equipment, paid vacation, and benefits. The role, known as a 'Frontliner,' involves traveling to automotive dealerships to capture high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual tours of vehicle inventory using company-provided equipment. Frontliners also assist with vehicle marketing by printing window stickers and related services, aiming to service 15 or more vehicles daily. They act as Inventory Flow Analysts, ensuring vehicle imagery is online quickly, and as Communicators, providing daily check-ins and status updates to dealers. The role offers an independent outdoor work setting focused on clear goals and customer service, and Frontliners are considered trusted partners to dealership teams.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old

  • Successfully complete pre-employment background check, including motor vehicle driving record

Responsibilities

  • Travel on-site to automotive dealerships
  • Utilize company provided equipment to take high quality photos, videos and 360 degree virtual interior/exterior tours of the dealers ever changing vehicle inventory
  • Assist with the marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle
  • Service 15 or more vehicles each day (for a fully trained Frontliner)
  • Become an expert on the status of vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process as you work to get as many vehicles online as possible
  • Check-in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit, providing your dealers with the status of your work
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Make friends with the team at the dealership
