Areas covered Harrison / Lake City /Cadillac/ Mt Pleasant and Remus.

Requirements

• Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of Age
• Valid Driver’s License
• No major violations
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
• No more than one at-fault accident
• Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of our company by creating positive experiences with every phone call.
• Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls.
• Support customers by identifying the correct automotive parts, offering product options, and finalizing sales over the phone.
• Develop a strong understanding of the parts, services, and solutions we provide.
• Uphold our Never Say No values by offering all available product options and solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately within our systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call center operations.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a high level of product knowledge in every interaction.
