About The Position

Westbury Jeep, a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is seeking a full-time Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience looking to grow with one of Long Island’s most successful automotive groups.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy automotive parts
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and warehouse workflows
• Basic computer skills (data entry, word processing; ability to learn internal systems)
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to meet physical and performance expectations

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock automotive parts and accessories
• Accurately enter inventory into internal computer systems
• Pull, tag, and prepare manufacturer returns and warranty parts
• Stage and prepare orders for next-day outbound deliveries
• Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices
• Process cores, returns, and special orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse
• Monitor inventory discrepancies, shortages, and allocations
• Work closely with parts advisors and sales staff to resolve issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Parts Manager
