Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts management experience (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma/GED required; college degree is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Parts Manager certification is a plus
• Familiarity with computerized parts systems and manufacturer certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the parts department to ensure smooth operations
• Forecast parts needs and ensure we have the right inventory at the right time
• Meet and exceed parts sales goals
• Maintain a customer-focused, friendly, and efficient work environment
• Analyze sales data and manage inventory obsolescence
• Support the General Manager with additional duties as needed
