What does an Automotive Parts Manager Do? Monitor stock levels of parts and accessories Source quality parts from trusted vendors both over the phone and online Handle special orders or difficult-to-find items Negotiate pricing, delivery times, and payment terms Parts receiving, inventory control, basic administration and organization Help coordinate inventory recon flow and efficiency Help maintain a clean and safe workspace / shop space Coordinate with management for other misc. tasks Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old Valid drivers's license required Proficient knowledge of automotive systems and components Stong organizitational and mutitasking abilities Problem solving and negotation skills Clarity of vision and hearing. Be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs. Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task during shift Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
