Requirements

  • Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position.
  • Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of managing inventory and parts advisors, demonstrate an ability to run an efficient and productive parts department, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.
  • We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and takes responsibility for department operations.
  • Supervises and trains department employees.
  • Order, Special and VOR parts.
  • Handles Inventory control and maintaining proper levels required by FCA
  • Sells, orders, and maintains return parts.
  • Pricing of parts and ensuring prices are billed properly and correctly on all invoices and repair orders.
  • Overseeing record keeping and paperwork.
  • Maintains and Overseeing merchandising and displays.
  • Develops good working relationship with vendors.
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
  • Completes and maintains required FCA training.
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Other duties as assigned
