We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Automotive Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with parts sales, manage inventory, and maintain an organized parts department to support efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred but not required; training provided
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and phone systems
• Valid and clean driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and friendly personality

Responsibilities

• Distribute automotive parts based on proper invoices or repair orders
• Process returns and credits accurately within 48 hours
• Charge out merchandise using the Dealer Management System
• Inspect parts and returned items according to company policies
• Look up, price, and order parts as necessary
• Maintain order logs and monitor inventory levels
• Keep shelves stocked, organized, and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse
• Deliver parts to customers or the service department as required
• Perform additional duties to support departmental goals
