About The Position

Berman KIA Lincolnwood is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our team. This role requires prior KIA parts experience in a dealership setting.

Requirements

Prior experience working with KIA automotive parts in a dealership setting required
Solid understanding of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to customers and team members
Comfortable using inventory management systems, POS platforms, and basic retail math
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in stock control and order accuracy
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional approach
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Help customers and service technicians find the right parts and accessories with accuracy and efficiency
Answer questions and offer guidance on basic vehicle maintenance and repairs
Keep inventory organized by stocking, tracking, and fulfilling orders through our systems
Handle transactions and phone inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
Work closely with the service department to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time
Contribute to sales goals through strong product knowledge and customer service
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace
