Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries Looking up, ordering, and stocking parts and accessories Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization Processing parts orders, returns, and invoices Helping walk-in customers at the retail counter Building strong relationships with customers, technicians, and team members Ensuring a clean, well-organized parts area What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who is: Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment Experienced in automotive parts (preferred but not required!)
