About The Position
An automotive painter prepares vehicles and parts for painting, and Executes the complete paint application process.
Requirements
- Good communication and mechanical skills are important for this role
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities with team
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
- Interior and exterior detailing, interior repair, inventory, and paint preparation functions
- Physical Demands: Sitting/Standing/ Bending/Stooping/Kneeling: 8-hour work shift

Responsibilities
- Removes grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicles using proper techniques and equipment
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, repaired, and cleaned as required
- Complete minor repairs, including sanding and grinding
- Ensure proper inventory levels of all personal protective equipment, tools, and chemicals required to carry out paint process
- Complete paint application
- Complete paint preparation, including color matching and mixing
- Basic Knowledge of Paint Correction
- Basic Knowledge of Ceramic Coating
- Prepares the workspace for painting
- Cleans up tools and equipment at the end of the day
- Willingness to learns proper techniques
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization
- All other duties as assigned
