Requirements

  • Proven experience as a successful automotive sales manager.
  • Minimum 1 year Sales manager Experience
  • Minimum 1 year Finance Experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Demonstrate ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the new car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee the entire new car sales process, from customer engagement to delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
