Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of general bookkeeping experience
• Minimum 1 year of vehicle inventory experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a high level of proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Available to work a full-time five-day work week, with some flexibility with the hours adjusting based on the needs of the business
• Prepared to work extended hours when necessary, to achieve goals
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens

• Ford warranty experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records
• Create invoices
• Process orders, manufacturer returns, and warranties
• Assign Stock Number to incoming new vehicles
• Assign a Stock Number to purchased used vehicles
• Enter new vehicles in ADP computer
• Enter purchased used vehicles in ADP computer
• Post vehicle invoice in Accounting when vehicle arrives at dealership
• Maintain and file all factory invoices and MSOs
• Reconcile VMS reports to Accounting reports weekly.
• Run EOD Daily and Troubleshoot EOD Error Report
