About The Position

The Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, qualifying sales leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role plays a critical part in driving showroom traffic, improving customer experience, and increasing vehicle sales through timely follow-up and effective communication. Requirements

  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to set and confirm sales and service appointments
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat leads using approved scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial vehicle, pricing, and dealership information
  • Present preliminary financing and leasing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with unsold leads and no-show appointments to drive showroom traffic
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales teams and dealership management to improve processes and results
